Review Applications

Evaluate candidates efficiently with AI-powered scoring

Access the Applications Tab

Navigate to the job you want to review and click on the "Applications" tab. Here you will see all candidates who have applied, sorted by AI match score by default.

Review AI Match Scores

Each candidate receives a match score from 0-100% based on how well they fit your job requirements. High-scoring candidates appear at the top. Click on any candidate to see detailed scoring breakdown.

Review Candidate Profile

Click on a candidate to view their full profile including resume, cover letter, answers to custom questions, and work history. Use the tabs to navigate between different sections.

Add Your Rating

After reviewing, add your rating: Thumbs Up (move forward), Thumbs Down (reject), or leave unrated if you need more time. You can also add private notes for your team.

Move to Next Stage

For candidates you want to advance, select "Move to Stage" and choose the appropriate pipeline stage: Phone Screen, Interview, or Offer. The candidate will be notified automatically.

Potential concerns like employment gaps or frequent job changes
