Understand your key hiring metrics at a glance

Active Jobs Summary

The top of your dashboard shows a quick overview of all active job postings. You will see the total number of open positions, new applications received today, and candidates currently in your pipeline. Click on any metric to dive deeper into specific jobs.

Application Volume

The application volume chart shows daily, weekly, or monthly trends in candidate submissions. Use this to identify peak application periods and adjust your job promotion strategy accordingly. Green arrows indicate increases compared to the previous period.

Pipeline Overview

The pipeline visualization shows how candidates are distributed across different stages: New, Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, and Hired. This helps you identify bottlenecks and understand your conversion rates at each stage.

Time-to-Hire Metrics

See your average time-to-hire across all positions and compare it to industry benchmarks. The dashboard highlights roles that are taking longer than expected, allowing you to prioritize and take corrective action.

Recent Activity

The activity feed shows real-time updates on candidate movements, new applications, scheduled interviews, and team actions. This keeps you informed without having to navigate to individual job pages.

Customizing Your Dashboard

Click the "Customize" button in the top right of your dashboard to rearrange widgets, change date ranges, and select which metrics appear. You can save multiple dashboard layouts for different purposes (e.g., weekly reviews vs. daily monitoring).
