Time-to-Hire Analytics
Track how long it takes to fill positions and optimize your hiring speed
Understanding Time-to-Hire
Time-to-hire measures the days from when a candidate applies (or is sourced) until they accept an offer. This metric helps you understand your hiring speed and identify delays in your process. The dashboard shows both average time-to-hire and breakdowns by department and role type.
Viewing Time-to-Hire Metrics
Navigate to Reports → Time-to-Hire to see detailed analytics. The main chart shows trends over time, allowing you to spot seasonal patterns or improvements from process changes. You can filter by department, job level, or date range to get specific insights.
Stage Duration Analysis
The stage breakdown shows how long candidates spend in each hiring phase: Application Review, Phone Screen, Interview, and Offer. Long durations in specific stages indicate bottlenecks. For example, if candidates spend weeks in "Interview" stage, you may need to streamline scheduling.
Benchmarking
Compare your time-to-hire against industry benchmarks displayed on your dashboard. The data shows averages by company size and industry. Green indicators show when you are performing better than average; red flags highlight areas needing attention.
